    ZINGOLO

To celebrate Cadbury Dairy Milk turning Fairtrade, P&S created the track Zingolo as part of the brands integrated campaign. The campaign manifested itself across various media channels led by a full length music video which was edited to form TV commercials.

The creative concept was an authentic Glass and A Half Full take on Ghana, the country where Cadbury Dairy Milk source its cocoa beans. This meant the music and all production for the campaign had to be true to Ghana.  P&S delivered both credibility and authenticity by engaging music producer Paul Epworth (Plan B / Florence & The Machine / Friendly Fires / Bloc Party) to work with Ghana’s No.1 hip-life vocalist Tinny.

P&S managed the whole recording process and delivery of the track, which included recording in a Ghanaian studio with local musicians to achieve authentic results.

P&S also helped devise and execute a revolutionary rights deal, resulting in Cadbury owning rights for the track, for use worldwide and in perpetuity.

To further develop Cadbury's footprint in music, P&S set up Glass and A Half Full Records which promoted and released a number of Zingolo remixes from globally renowned dance music producers achieving further coverage across media.  Testament to the artistic talent engaged was Tinny's nomination for Best International Artists at the 2010 MOBO awards and Paul Epworth winning Producer Of The Year at the 2010 Brit awards.
